How to share PS4 games with friend or relative

Deactivate your PS4 in Settings -> PSN for account of friend or relative
Relogin on this PS4 to account with games to share.
Activate PS4 in Settings -> PSN
Start downloading games
After that you can relogin back to friend or relative account, downloads will continue
